Coffee Breaks

Today was a very relaxed day. Besides going to the foot doctor (who gave me the OK to start putting weight on my foot), I didn't do anything. I basically sat in bed with my notebook, my iPod, and an empty cup of coffee from this morning. This post is about my thoughts & things of that sort.
I don't know why, but I've been very stumped on blog post ideas. I should be walking within the next few months, so that will all get easier when it comes to photography. I'm just clueless on what to write about. I had a couple posts in my drafts, but I didn't like them. I've tried reading blogs and even googling blog post ideas, but I just can find one I like. This is the reason I'm showing a picture of the blank pages in my notebook. This is my notebook for anything blog related. Anything from camera equipment to post ideas to layout ideas. I just have no ideas, and if you have any, feel free to comment suggestions below! :)
That's all I have for now. I'm probably posting again later tonight.

Happy Very Late July 4th

Hello again! I know this post is late, but I wanted to post it anyway. This is what I did for the 4th of July. My family and I went up to Upstate New York to visit our friends. We didn't see fireworks, but we did go on a hike. Well some of us did. I still can't walk due to my surgery, so I sat on a rock with my mom and her friend. I got some pictures that I wanted to share.
This is Leo. I've known him almost my entire life. He's one of my best friends, but we live in different states, so it can be hard to communicate sometimes. This is Leo about to hike, but making sure he's checked his instagram first.

Just a warning: This post involves a lot of plantography due to the fact that it's hard to get pictures of moving things without walking.

Here is Leo... again.

The landscape was gorgeous. There was a huge body of water surrounded by rocks. There are also a really big house. It was awesome.

For my birthday, I got a new ipod touch. YAY! I'm so glad that I have enough storage space to store all my music.

I decided to sneak a picture of my mom. I don't know what she thinks of it, but I think it looks good.

I don't know what to say about these last two pictures. But I hope you're having an awesome summer. I'm so excited to update you guys on stuff at BSA. I'm starting in 4 weeks! EEEP!
Have an awesome day!

Tumblrstagram

Hey, everyone! I've been using instagram & tumblr a lot lately... I don't know why this sudden obsession started. It just happened. I decided to share some of my tumblr & instagram photos with all of you.
Instagram:

This is probably my new favorite quote.

For my Summer reading for BSA, I chose to read The Color of Water. It's not my favorite book ever, but I do enjoy the way James McBride writes.

I also found an old selfie that I like.

I'm really missing the Tea Garden in Minnesota.

I found another selfie. The sun spots look really fake to me, but they are actually not.

Tumblr:
I really don't know what to say about my pictures from tumblr... so here they are!
That is all for now! I hope you're having/you've had an awesome day!

My Summer So Far

Hey, everyone! I'm still on summer break, and honestly my summer hasn't been very interesting. I've spend most of it in bed on the internet. Even though it's boring, I thought I would tell you what has happened so far:

I have been trying my best to complete the BSA (Baltimore School for he Arts) summer reading assignment. We had many options for books & notes, but I chose The Color of Water with Cornell notes..... So much fun.

I've also spent a lot of time sitting around and doing nothing. Well I'm not sitting and doing nothing. I'm sitting while taking selfies, looking at stuff on the internet, eating, sleeping, and listening to music.
BTW: I got an eye infection, so I will be throwing out all of my eye makeup (I'll replace it), so I won't be able to do makeup tutorials.

Considering the fact that I'm almost completely immobile. I've been trying my best too take some pictures. I actually have 2 photography posts planned. One is about my family trip to upstate New York for the 4th of July. The other is about a photoshoot I did with someone's dogs for the neighborhood publication.

I've been enjoying my morning coffee a lot more than usual lately. I don't know why. Maybe it's because I can just chillax while drinking coffee & doing random stuff on the internet.

Tomorrow I'm starting a camp called Rockstar Jam. It's so much fun! The basic concept of the camp is to have 5-7 kids put together in a band on Monday and have a song ready to perform on Friday. The picture above was my band last year.
These are the songs I've been LOVING this summer. I think they're just amazing.
That's pretty much my summer so far. I love you all!

Plantography 2

Hey, everyone! I'm back with an actual post! This is a continuation of my Plantography post. You may see some repeat pictures, but they've been edited with the app Afterlight.
I'm so happy to get back to blogging, and I'm starting to get into a somewhat normal schedule now, so the posts should be a little more consistent. I'm sorry I've been gone, but I'm back! I've missed this a lot.
Have a great day!

Updates!

Hi! Clearly  I haven't been blogging much lately because I was out of town with no internet, and my body decided that it should "hibernate." I decided that I should do some updates since it's been a while.
I might be doing a collaboration with another blogger. I'm very excited. We're still working out details, so there's not much I can say about it, except that I'm super excited!!
Honestly, there is not much going on. I've been trying my best to get pictures for posts, but it's a little difficult because I'm not very mobile. I promise everything will be back to normal soon!
